About the artist

Brienna (Brie) Cundiff started customizing model horses in mid 2018, starting in acrylics. My early customs were signed B. Bowles until I got married in 2019. I first dabbled with airbrushed acrylics, 2019 was the switch to pastels, in which I still prefer and mainly use PanPastel brand and Earth Pigments. I do still use artist grade acrylics for details, giving horses expressive eyes and other details. I love doing smaller scale models, working mainly with micro through curio/venti scales. Very rarely will I tackle a traditional model (I simply just don't enjoy larger scales as much as smaller scales).

Other things I enjoy are my family, I have a loving husband and daughter. Along with two great dogs; a pitbull mix rescue we adopted in 2019 and a boxer/pitbull mix we got as a puppy in 2020. I grew up riding horses, mainly English hunter/jumpers, for many years until I was diagnosed Lyme Disease and had to take a step back as a late teenager. Through the hobby, I can still enjoy my love of horses!
