I do not allow alterations to my paintwork. I take many photos of my completed pieces to reference if needed, but alterations to any of my pieces done by anyone but me renders my repair policy null and void.

This is not limited to; adding markings, adding gloss, adding matte sealer to what was glossed, resculpt work, adding shoes.

If a piece by me needs repairs, please reach out to me. Depending on my schedule, I may be able to fit it in.

**2024 Update: At this time, I cannot offer major repairs (any major resculpting of missing parts). If your piece is broken or missing parts other than ears, please reach out to a reputable repair artist. I will ONLY repair broken pieces, and at no cost, if they broke in transit from me to the purchaser.

*Owner must pay shipping both ways, if repair is extensive the price will reflect the amount of time gone into the repair. Simple repairs (paint correction, ear tip, rubs, etc) start at a base cost of $20 + shipping. I do not repair other artists’ works.

I ship via USPS only, either ground advantage (first class) or priority. I always insure items.

Pieces are wrapped in unbleached muslin, then layers of bubble wrap. Boxes are filled either with bubble wrap, or packing peanuts. I do often reuse materials if they are clean, so nothing goes to waste if it can be helped! :-)

International Shipment:

I do ship international at cost. Due to business regulations I cannot ship to certain countries. Models are marked at their full value, I will not lie on the customs forms or mark items as “gifts”. Buyer is responsible for any and all taxes related to shipping. For international buyers- I am happy to ship to a US based proxy if that is preferred.

I often have my sales pieces listed directly on my website. I do also post onto MH$P, and on my socials on Facebook. Follow my socials to be kept up to date on future sales pieces.

Once a piece is purchased and funds are cleared, items are taken to the post office. I prefer to ship early in the week to prevent models sitting over the weekend.

Unfortunately my time pay policy has to become stricter in 2024 and beyond.

Time pays for sales pieces are a piece by piece basis, with an agreed time frame and a certain percentage (at least 25%) to be paid within 24-48 of purchase agreement. Failure to pay the deposit within that time frame will result in the model going back up for sale. I will send a PayPal invoice to allow partial payments with the strict deadline attached. Any and all payments are nonrefundable. If failure to pay the model off in the allowed time frame, all payments are non-refundable and model will go up for sale. If longer is needed, PLEASE communicate that with me so we can work something out. I am easy to work with if you reach out to me, and understand things come up. Now if there’s no communication, I cannot know what is going on and think the purchase has been abandoned. I do not chase for payment, and will not send followup after followup message.
